CAC40, where do you go? -6.8% today, -15.5% from 1/1/08… I guess the situation is not easy for many investors. Look at long term SMA’s daily, 200/400/600 and check the most probable w.r.t. the past. Can we go to 4000 pts? not probable! What can I get as the most probable low? 4500 pts/4400 pts && not below… plain && simple. With which confidence level? high! Should we buy/sell now? around 4500 pts: buy with no doubt… Which target then? the level of SMA600 over some weeks long, thus most probably above 5000/5100 pts. This is my scenario!
